QUESTION: If i'me not at home at the time of cleaning, how can I pay you?

ANSWER: It's not a problem, we appreciate that most people lead busy lives. if you are not in, a stamped addressed envelope will be left for you to post a cheque to us. all we ask is that you post it within two weeks of the invoice date.


QUESTION: do you work in the rain?

ANSWER If it is a light rain we carry on working,we have alarge customer base,and so to be
able to offer a reliable service we have to work in bad weather. If however rain is heavy we don't work.

QUESTION: my back gate is always locked.

ANSWER: Again this is no problem. we can give you a call the night before we are due to clean the windows.
